These terms apply when you use the ClearFlow website or its online service-request tools.

Website information
Website content and assistant responses provide general information about irrigation, sprinkler, and drainage services. They are not a diagnosis, binding estimate, warranty, appointment confirmation, or substitute for an on-site review.
AI-assisted service
Brook and Clay are automated AI assistants, not people or licensed technicians. They may organize request details, describe visible features in submitted photos, answer routine service questions, and help coordinate scheduling. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate for a particular property condition. Do not rely on it as a diagnosis, repair instruction, safety determination, professional opinion, price, warranty, or promise of service.
You are responsible for reviewing important information and telling ClearFlow when something appears incorrect. You may ask for the owner at any time. ClearFlow may correct, withdraw, or replace an automated response. A date or time is booked only when the conversation expressly says it was confirmed through ClearFlow’s scheduling system; general discussion of timing or availability is not confirmation.
Service requests
Submitting a request does not guarantee availability or create a service agreement. ClearFlow must review the property conditions, scope, timing, and any applicable pricing before work is confirmed.
Safe use
Do not enter flooded areas, handle exposed electrical equipment, or work on pressurized components based on website guidance. For an immediate threat to people, property, roadways, or utilities, contact the appropriate emergency or utility provider.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt to disrupt its operation, submit unlawful, sexual, graphic, violent, or otherwise inappropriate material, impersonate another person, or use the service-request tools for purposes unrelated to ClearFlow services. Uploaded photos may be automatically screened, withheld, and removed.
Third-party services
The website may rely on third-party providers for communication, scheduling, hosting, and business operations. Their availability and separate terms may affect those features.
No emergency response
The AI assistants and online request tools are not monitored emergency services and cannot guarantee an immediate response. For an immediate threat to a person, property, roadway, electrical system, or utility, contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.
