Privacy notice
This notice explains how information shared with ClearFlow is collected, used, and protected.
Effective July 22, 2026.
Information we collect
When you contact ClearFlow or start a service request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, service location, preferred timing, the details you provide about an irrigation or drainage concern, and up to three optional property photos.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to questions, organize requests, determine an appropriate next step, coordinate scheduling, maintain service records, and improve the reliability of our customer service.
AI-assisted communication
ClearFlow uses automated AI assistants to organize request details, describe visible details in optional property photos, answer routine questions, and support appointment coordination. The text and photos you submit may be processed by ClearFlow’s AI service provider for those purposes. Photo observations support intake only and are not a diagnosis. The assistants are limited to ClearFlow services and do not provide binding estimates or unverified scheduling commitments. You may ask for the owner at any time.
Photo privacy and retention
Selected photos are resized and re-encoded before upload to remove embedded location and camera metadata. Photos are stored privately, checked for inappropriate content, and retained for no more than 30 days unless you or ClearFlow deletes them sooner. Minimal audit information may remain after a photo is deleted to protect the service from misuse.
Service providers
We may use trusted providers for website hosting, customer communication, scheduling, business operations, and AI-assisted request handling. They receive only the information needed to provide those services and are expected to protect it.
Choices and contact
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with your request, subject to records we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons. Use the contact page for a privacy question or request.
